Shipping Time
1. After placing an order (excluding the day of ordering), it will be shipped in approximately 1-2 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
2. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be postponed for shipment to the next working day.
Delivery Methods
Local
SF Express
1. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days.
2. Applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories (excluding remote areas).
3. Delivery time is from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday). There is no delivery arrangement on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
4. In case of a large number of orders during public holidays or due to irresistible natural disasters, the shipment may be delayed.
Overseas
1. Hong Kong Post
2. Estimated delivery time is 7-28 days.
3. Subject to the overseas regions.
